Literacy

People appreciate the gospel better when they hear God speaking in their language. The Literacy Project seeks to assist indigenes to read and write their own language.

The project covers Esahie, Dangme, Dagbani and Dagaare languages.Through the literacy program a number of people have finally been enrolled in the formal education system, as well as conversion to Christianity.

Churches now have lay readers who read the scriptures during church services.
